Each package includes structured learning modules, assessments, and a virtual practical evaluation—leading to official Frosense certification valid for 6 months.

Training Modules
Understanding Afro-Centric Hair at Its Core
By the end of this module, the stylist will be able to :
- Explain the structure and growth cycle of afro-textured hair
- Identify different hair and scalp types and conditions
- Understand moisture, protein balance, and porosity
- Recognize common causes of hair breakage and scalp issues
Translating Knowledge Into Practical Results
By the end of this module, the stylist will be able to :

By the end of this module, the stylist will be able to :

- Handle complaints, feedback, and disputes professionally
Protecting Hair Health and Client Wellbeing
By the end of this module, the stylist will be able to :
- Identify styling practices that may cause damage or tension
- Apply safe handling techniques for afro-textured hair
- Prevent traction alopecia and heat-related damage
- Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards
- Educate clients on safe at-home hair care practices
Each participant will complete a structured virtual practical assessment designed to evaluate their understanding of safe and effective hair management practices. During this session, candidates demonstrate their ability to apply the principles covered in the training, including scalp care, hair handling, and protective styling techniques. This assessment ensures that every stylist trained through Frosense is able to translate theoretical knowledge into responsible, client-focused practice.
Participants will receive access to curated educational resources developed to support ongoing professional development. These materials provide guidance on scalp health, hair behaviour, product selection, and practical hair management strategies. The goal is to equip stylists with reliable reference material that supports informed decision-making and consistent service quality beyond the training environment.
Upon successful completion of the training and assessment, participants will receive an official Frosense certification. This certification recognises that the stylist has completed training in the science of hair and foundational scalp and hair management principles as taught within the Frosense framework. It reflects a commitment to delivering hair services that prioritise scalp stability, hair integrity, and long-term hair health.

All payments are securely processed and encrypted.
Once enrollment is completed and payment is confirmed, training access is provisioned immediately for all registered stylists.
- Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of purchase, provided no training modules have been accessed.
- Refunds are not available once a stylist has started any training module.
- Partial refunds are not issued for unused stylist slots within a package.
- Assessment and certification fees are non-refundable once scheduled.
